It is said that April showers bring May flowers. This feels to be a month late on our end with April Winter bringing May showers and an unpredictable June. This is about as far as the physical weather has gotten us. On to the real news!
Novel 2: This is still in the editing phase and is an early version. I was going to attempt to rush this for a late June launch with a debut at Summer Splash. The timing was not suitable for this, sadly. The good news is I am allowing myself a longer deadline which will translate into a much better book. Summer Splash plans have been pushed back to the East Coloma Craft Fair and hopefully, book 2 being showcased.
Magma Card Gaming: I am continuing sales and some purchases on card games for my store. You can follow this link to check it out: https://magmafamilygaming.tcgplayerpro.com/. The main focus currently is on Dragon Ball Super and Wixoss. These games are a couple of the ones I have been looking more into and enjoying.
Website: This is always a maintenance thing and will change as needed. I have some ideas for blog posts which include more writing and a franchise I have always been a big fan of. Stay tuned for some of that goodness. I have also looked into some subscription services that would be appealing as an author but also won’t put up red flags on my audience’s bank statements.
Personal: I am getting back into tabletop roleplaying games and my son is at the helm. I played D&D as a youth and am sharing this passion through Pathfinder with him and some of our friends. This is another outlet for my creative side and to do so in a group setting. This will likely happen in June, but it was worth noting here.
